Journey to Machu Picchu, Peru

A place you must see with your own eyes, the city of Machu Picchu
The long distance from Thailand to South America, the lost land of the Incas, was discovered and registered as one of the New Seven Wonders of the World in Peru. The wonder of seeing Machu Picchu is that it is a city located on a complex mountain range. It's hard to believe that an ancient civilization once settled in this land. Once registered as one of the Seven Wonders, tourists from all over the world strive to visit this land.

I am no exception. It is not easy to see it with my own eyes. This is South America, and we are in Thailand. The journey requires careful planning and preparation. Study the route and be as flexible as possible because traveling from Thailand to here requires changing several flights.

Rough travel itinerary:
Fly from Thailand - Land in Lima
From Lima, fly to Cusco
From Cusco, take a train to Aguas Calientes
From Aguas Calientes, take a bus up the mountain to see Machu Picchu

** The important thing about allowing time is that flights can change or be canceled at any time due to unpredictable weather. I experienced an 8-hour delay, had to cancel my ticket, and buy a new one! **

Finally, once in a lifetime, I think the journey is not beyond our capabilities, and it is worth more than any description can compare.
