Greenhouse Crystal Palace of Arganzuela

This Crystal Palace is located at 10 Paseo de la Chopera Street in the Arganzuela district of Madrid. Its history is quite unique, as it was originally part of the municipal slaughterhouse and livestock market designed by architect Luis Bellido between 1908 and 1924. Back then, locals even jokingly referred to it as the "Potato Warehouse." It wasn't until 1992, after a stunning transformation by architect Guillermo Costa, that it became the enchanting greenhouse we see today.
