Day 1 – Travel & Sightseeing in Chiang Rai

Morning
Depart from Bangkok (Don Mueang/Suvarnabhumi) → Mae Fah Luang Chiang Rai Airport (approximately 1.20 hours)

Rent a car or use a taxi/Grab for convenience.

Stop by Wat Rong Khun to admire the stunning white architecture.

Lunch
Eat Khao Soi or Khanom Jeen Nam Ngiao in the city (Mae Uai Restaurant, Khao Soi Luang Prabang).

Afternoon
Visit Baan Dam, a museum by Ajarn Thawan Duchanee. Stop to take photos at the Chiang Rai Clock Tower.

Evening
Stroll through the Chiang Rai Night Bazaar or Chiang Rai Walking Street (only available on Saturday nights).

Return to your accommodation in the city.

💗Day 2 – Doi Tung & Mae Sai

Morning
Travel to Doi Tung Palace to admire the palace's beauty and scenery. Stroll through the Mae Fah Luang Garden and admire the colorful flowers.

Noon
Eat at a mountainside cafe, such as the Mountain View Restaurant or Akha Ama Coffee Shop.

Afternoon
Continue to Mae Sai Checkpoint, the Thai-Burmese border, for some imported goods shopping.

Evening
Return to the city and visit a riverside cafe on the Kok River. Relax and watch the sunset.

Dinner in town.

💗Day 3 – Doi Mae Salong & Return to Bangkok

Morning
Depart for Doi Mae Salong via scenic mountain roads.
Visit 101 Tea Plantation and Choui Fong Tea Plantation.

Lunch
Enjoy Yunnanese cuisine, such as pork leg and steamed buns.

Afternoon
Buy tea to take home from a local shop.
Return to town and return the rental car.

Evening
Flight back to Bangkok, arriving in the evening.
