📌 Wat Den Sali Si Mueang Kaen (Wat Ban Den) is located in Inthakhil Subdistrict, Mae Taeng District, Chiang Mai Province. It was built in 1894. In the past, it was just a small temple. Later, when Khru Ba Chao Theung Nathasilo came to stay at Wat Ban Den, and because Khru Ba Chao Theung was a monk with good conduct, he was highly respected by his disciples, resulting in a large amount of donations. Khru Ba Chao Theung intended to use these donations to create a tangible memorial of merit. This was the origin of the temple's renovation in 1991. Khru Ba Chao Theung intended to make the temple a beautiful religious place that is full of moral principles, as a way to attract people to the temple to refine their minds.
