Manila was an absolute blast, fam! The people? Sooo chill and always ready to help you out – major good vibes everywhere. And let’s talk about the eats: Filipino delicacies? Next-level yum! Seriously, every meal was a flavor bomb 🔥.
Day-tripping through Manila’s historic spots was nothing short of iconic. First stop: The Manila Cathedral (Cabildo, 132 Beaterio St, Intramuros), open daily from 7am to 5pm. This place is pure architectural goals, giving off those grand European vibes with a Filipino twist. The mix of modern and vintage details will have your camera working overtime!
Wandered around Intramuros (HXRC+JP, Intramuros, Manila) – legit felt like stepping into a time machine. Cobblestone streets, preserved Spanish-style houses, and cool sculptures scattered under the sunny, blue skies. RM for Insta-perfect shots with palm trees and Western architecture peeking through the clouds when the weather switches up.
Finished off the tour at Rizal Park (Ermita, Manila), open from 5am-10am & 11am-8pm. This outdoor cultural hotspot is where you get those chill picnic vibes and epic nature views. There’s even modern art in water features surrounded by lush greenery – talk about Zen mode activated 🌴.
If you’re craving a throwback adventure packed with cool architecture and vibrant street life, Manila delivers in spades. Come for the sights, stay for the food and fun, and don’t forget to check all these places on trip.com before you go. This city is pure magic!
