Review of Kamikochi during the autumn foliage season

Kamikochi, located in Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture, is a paradise for nature lovers, especially during the autumn foliage season (mid-October to early November). During this time, the valley is painted in vibrant shades of red, yellow, and orange, contrasting beautifully with the crystal-clear Azusa River and the backdrop of the Japanese Alps, creating a picturesque scene 🌄.

The highlight is the Kappa Bridge, which offers a stunning view of Mount Hotaka and the vividly colored leaves reflected in the clear water. The hiking trail between Kappa Bridge and Myojin Pond is also popular, taking about 1.5–2 hours to complete.
