Enjoy the bounty of Miyagi's seafood while taking in the view of Matsushima Bay.

Introducing "Ajidokoro Santori Chaya", a famous restaurant that has been in business for 50 years in Matsushima, Miyagi Prefecture.

We visited the restaurant at 11:30 on a Sunday for a family trip including my grandmother.

Since we had made a reservation for five people,
we were shown to a seat on the second floor with a great view.

The menu is as shown in the photo,
but we splurged and ordered three freshly shucked raw oysters and oyster ponzu in addition to the set meal for five.

The raw oysters were very large and bouncy, making them a spectacular sight.

In addition to the oyster dishes, the set meal included a variety of seafood dishes such as Matsushima's specialty conger eel bowl, mekabu bowl, and oyster tempura bowl.

The weather was good, and the exquisite dishes eaten while looking at this spectacular view were exceptionally delicious.

This is the place to have lunch in Matsushima! ! Make some great memories on your trip☺️
