The filming location of the Japanese drama, Matsuyama City, is very close to the seaside check-in station.

It takes about 40 minutes from downtown Matsuyama
Take the tram + train
and you can see the ocean outside the window🩵
✅How to get there: Okaido Station 🚋 Take the JR tram (200 yen)
Otemachi Station 👉🏻 Baishinji 🚂Take the train (400 yen)
(600 yen one way)
❗️It's convenient to set aside an hour to wait for the train
I tried to go to see the sunset, but I went a little tight
and watched the sunset on the way 🌅
There's a nearby Mikan Cafe and a 10-minute walk
and there's an ocean view cafe, but it closes around 5 o'clock
so you can't go if you only go to see the sunset
I only saw the ocean right in front of me as soon as I got off the train station
but it was so good! My heart was full
It's amazing that you can see the ocean in a small town
I heard they bought a simple slushie at a small street stall on the way
I passed!
I can't go freely because of the Japanese earthquake,
but Matsuyama, which I visited at the end of July, was so nice
I hope there's no damageㅠㅠ Don't come, earthquake ㅠㅠㅠㅠ
