Matterhorn, Switzerland, the king of the Alps

#AprilGoodDestinations2025

The highlight of the trip to Switzerland was staying in the small town of Zermatt just to see the king of the Alps #Matterhorn. At an altitude of 4,478 meters, the pyramid's giant peak towers into the sky, and its unique triangular cone shape has become the representative of the Alps.

Whenever the morning sun sets, the snow-capped mountains reflect a metallic glow, and the sun shines on the golden mountains, which is extremely shocking.

If you want to get closer to the Matterhorn, in addition to the most popular way of taking the mountain train, you can also take the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise Cable Car from the far right, or start from the Five Lakes Hiking Trail on the left.

Whether from the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise or from the Gornerath Observation Deck, you can see the Matterhorn in different styles. The pure white snow and the endless peaks are truly mesmerizing!
