Luonan Music Town is located in the southwest of Luonan County, Shangluo City, Shaanxi Province, close to Provincial Highway 307, 2 kilometers from the county center, and 3 kilometers from the Huayang Expressway exit. It covers an area of one square kilometer and mainly includes a music factory, an open-air music square, a music-themed commercial street, a flower sea coffee shop, a music town flower sea, Sihao Thatched Cottage, 87.8 Music Hotel and B&B, a non-powered children's theme park, a ski resort, etc.
On December 17, 2018, the Shaanxi Provincial Tourism Resources Development, Management and Evaluation Committee issued an announcement officially approving Luonan Music Town as a National 4A-level scenic spot, earning it the designation. Currently, the company has established strategic partnerships with Shaanxi Performing Arts Group, Shaanxi Radio and Television Network Media, and Migu Music, enabling the "online + offline" music production platform.

Located at the south entrance of the Music Town scenic area, the open-air Music Plaza is the busiest and most popular spot in the entire town. With a floor area of 2,014 square meters, it can accommodate over 10,000 people for performances and serves as a comprehensive stage for various concerts, musicals, Qinqiang opera, and talent shows.
Located east of the main entrance to the Music Town scenic area, the Music Hotel is a music-themed boutique hotel with a floor area of 5,894.15 square meters. It features 43 guest rooms and a multi-functional conference room that can accommodate over 200 people. Its main functions include a lobby bar, conference center, catering, reception, and accommodation.
The B&B is located in the core area of the Music Town. It is a music culture themed courtyard-style B&B hotel targeting different groups of people. It has a total of 15 courtyards and three apartment types, which can meet the needs of tourists for listening to music, experiencing hot springs, viewing flowers, music exchanges, leisure vacations, and health and entertainment.
The Four Haos of Shangshan are four distinguished scholars from the Qin Dynasty: Zhou Shu, a scholar from Luli, Taihu Lake, Suzhou; Tang Bing, the Duke of Dongyuan, Shangqiu, Henan; Ji Wushi, the Duke of Qili, Tongcheng, Hubei; and Cui Guang, the Duke of Xiahuang, Ningbo, Zhejiang. The Four Haos Thatched Cottage is located in the same area where the Four Haos of Shangshan lived in seclusion. The project occupies 6,700 square meters with a total construction area of 1,791.3 square meters. The main structure consists of five courtyards, and its primary function is to serve as a hotel centered on Zen, tea, and incense.
The Music Town Flower Sea is a "heavenly soundscape" where nature and music intertwine and interact. Here, music and flowers create a comprehensive dialogue between humans and nature through the five senses of sight, hearing, singing, playing, and movement. The Music-themed Commercial Street is located in the core area of the Music Town Scenic Area, covering an area of 19,665 square meters and a construction area of 14,986 square meters. It has a total of 256 shops, mainly including brand restaurants, special snacks, Qin Ziyu, agricultural products and cultural and creative products. It is a good place for tourists to appreciate beautiful jade, taste delicious food and enjoy a good time.
