An Unforgettable Holiday Experience 🙌

We’re halfway through our break and just want to share how incredible this place is. The soothing atmosphere is second to none. The rooms are spacious and well-kept; any minor problems are promptly fixed by the genuinely friendliest staff. The à la carte dining is excellent, and plenty of special events happened throughout our stay. A minor gripe is that the pools aren’t heated, but given it’s Winter, it’s still an upgrade from our UK pools. We've made numerous bookings and adjustments without ever hearing a NO—perfect for a holiday. Bako by the main pool is highly customer-focused and very friendly, dedicated to making everyone happy. July/August can be busy with kids, and even our 12-year-old—who isn’t fond of them—found it challenging, but there are nice areas for families with young ones. Staying in room 258 overlooking the family pool, we have easy access to the main areas and are conveniently located for Jade. We arrived without expectations but found paradise here, enjoying everything even on half board. Breakfast at Wave is remarkable! The silent disco is a must-see—best night ever! ✨️
