During my trip to Melbourne funded by a travel grant, the most enviable spot was this garden. Watching locals jog across the vast lawns or bask in the sun while reading gave me a glimpse of the true 'Melburnian' lifestyle. I also tried sitting on the grass by the lake, with the Melbourne city view as a backdrop, and indulged in a moment of doing nothing.
