Upon arrival, the first thing that caught my eye was the oversized teapot installation. Tea cascaded from the spout, inviting visitors into a world of tea fragrance. The building's exterior exudes a classic charm, and the orange-red roof tiles stand out against the blue sky, making me snap a few photos before even entering.
🍵 Entering the World of Tea
Entering the museum, the air was filled with the subtle aroma of tea, bringing me to a calming mood. The museum showcases the development of Taiwanese tea culture and displays a wide variety of teas and teaware, from traditional Kung Fu teapots to modern glassware. If you enjoy seeing things with a touch of history like me, this place won't disappoint.
🧋 Specialty Drinks and Desserts
For something a little different, they also offer freshly made hand-shaken drinks! I ordered a bubble milk tea. Compared to chain restaurants, the tea aroma was more pronounced, and the sweetness could be adjusted. It instantly soothed my afternoon fatigue.
🎁 Great souvenirs!
After enjoying tea, don't forget to browse their souvenir section. The beautifully packaged Oriental Beauty Tea and High Mountain Oolong Tea are highly recommended. Whether you're taking them home to enjoy or giving them as gifts to friends, they're truly impressive. I also bought a box of tea bags to brew on my way back to work, adding a touch of ritual to my daily office routine.
