If it's your first time in Italy, make sure to visit Milan! (Though one visit might be enough...)
In addition to pasta, Milan is surprisingly famous for its risotto 👀. The saffron-colored Milanese risotto is rich with cheese 🧀 and absolutely delicious 😋.
Venchi, a well-known brand in Japan, can also be found at Milan's airport, so you can enjoy it right before your departure!
Another gelato recommendation is SAVINI, located inside the Galleria in front of the Duomo! It's the perfect spot to stop by while sightseeing. Enjoy their seasonal flavors!
For a quick bite, Panini Giusto at Milan Central Station is a must-try. Their bread is crispy, and you can enjoy a variety of fillings in a relaxed atmosphere. It's so good that they even had a store in Japan for a while—I absolutely love it!
Lastly, a must-see in Milan is "The Last Supper." Located in the Santa Maria delle Grazie Church, this masterpiece requires a reservation! Since the number of visitors is strictly limited, make sure to book online in advance.
Enjoy your first trip to Milan with its amazing food and sights ✈️
