[Historical and Cultural Tour] Review the history of animation production and reminisce the Ghibli era

Tickets to the Ghibli Museum in Mitaka are hard to come by, so make sure you take plenty of photos if you get in! However, photography is prohibited inside, so just concentrate on immersing yourself in the fantasy and romantic world of Ghibli.

The venue is roughly divided into a theater for undisclosed films, a souvenir shop, a walking park, a rest pavilion, etc. It is also suitable for families, couples, or individuals, as the heart of Ghibli is in their hearts. The building is three stories high. Visitors can walk through the exhibition galleries inside and learn about how early animation was made, the realities of Studio Ghibli, what an animator is, script storyboards, etc. They can't help but admire the care that goes into the animation.

My favorite is the undisclosed movie theater. It feels like a membership, and you can get movie tickets with pay-per-view. If you are lucky, you may win a clip of your favorite Hayao Miyazaki animation. The movies are all very enjoyable and easy to understand, and can extend your imagination of the original animated spin-offs. The movies change every period, so every time you go there you will have a different experience!

There are many check-in spots nearby. If you look carefully, you will find a giant soldier and theme cartoon characters of Secret Movies, waiting for you to take pictures!

It is close to Inokashira Park, which has a shrine, lake, ginkgo trees and grass, so you can just wander around here for the whole afternoon. It has a more local city-style feel than Ueno Park.
