A shrine adjacent to Howaen

This temple is affectionately known as "Mito Yanaka's Twenty-three Nights".

As you pass through the large vermilion mountain gate, you will see the main hall with a flashy design of a gold dragon carving on a red background right in front of you.

There is a stone statue of Tokugawa Mitsukuni in the temple grounds.

It is said to bring good luck in love, money, and passing exams.

After praying here, I went to see the hydrangeas.
