[Okinawa/Miyakojima] Jiro-style?! Soki soba "Maruyoshi Shokudo"

If you come to Miyakojima, you have to try Miyako soba at least once!!

This time, I searched for a restaurant to go to and chose Maruyoshi Shokudo.

I always go to the left side of the triangle of Miyakojima, so I rarely have a chance to visit Maruyoshi Shokudo on the right side, but I've always wanted to go, so I managed to fit it into my schedule.

In conclusion, it was a great choice💯
Not only does it have the usual mild broth flavor, but it also has a strong garlic flavor!! We went there hungry,
so we ordered so much even though we were just two people that our stomachs were about to burst 😋

What impressed us most was the softness of the soki on the No. 1 popular soki soba!!

The soki was so flavorful that it was very tender,
and when you chewed it, it came off the bone by itself, so it was very easy to eat!!

The Miyako soba was the original Miyako soba type with the toppings underneath🤩

We went there around 10:45 and were able to eat without waiting.

Because it's a popular restaurant, it was full after our third group and there was a line outside the restaurant, but the turnover rate is good,
so it seemed like we were able to eat pretty quickly.

Some brave souls even ate outside on the terrace in this heat!! As a travel plan, I recommend having brunch at Maruyoshi Shokudo and then snorkeling nearby👍
