I quite like all the dishes of mentaiko ~
There is a lot of mint when you bite into it - slightly spicy and very tasty

This name is quite apt - the legs of soft shell crabs are really quite similar
The ingredients also include cucumber, avocado and crab sticks
And larger than the usual rolls ~ if you eat one portion is enough to be full

🌃Midnight Cowherd
This one is quite special - the noodles are fried and crispy
The portion has salmon, avocado & cream cheese

The two put together ~ no sense of disharmony
Everyone has their own characteristics - it doesn't steal everyone's attention at all
The disc is beautiful and the whole thing is eye-catching
