Togakushi Shrine is located in the northwest of Nagano Prefecture and is a group of historic shrines that have been worshipped since ancient times.

It consists of five shrines, Okusha, Nakasha, Hokosha, Hinomikosha, and Kuzuryusha, and is dotted in a forest rich in nature.

The cedar-lined approach to the Okusha in particular is surrounded by a sacred atmosphere, and just walking there is an experience that cleanses the soul.

Togakushi soba is also famous, and we recommend tasting the local soba after worship.

It is a healing spot where you can enjoy history, nature, and food.
