I ate Nagasaki's specialty champon in the old-fashioned Nagasaki Chinatown!

It was champon with plenty of ingredients in white soup!

The special champon with the smooth noodles was exquisite, with lavish amounts of decoratively cut squid, scallops, wood ear mushrooms, carrots, fishballs, and pork 😋
