The most beautiful view: Mitsubishi Shipyard's Second Dock

Mitsubishi Shipyard's Second Dock, formerly the Mitsubishi No. 2 Dockhouse, was built in 1896 and provided accommodation and rest for foreign sailors arriving at Mitsubishi. Located at the highest point of Glover Garden, it boasts a large pond in front of the building, home to a vibrant throng of koi. It offers the most picturesque views in all of Glover Garden.
The building is a two-story, Meiji-era Western-style structure. The second floor offers a breathtaking view of Nagasaki Harbor. Nearby, on the lawn, are anchors manufactured by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries' Nagasaki Shipyard and the remains of a gun emplacement.
Outside, you can see the Takashimaya River and a gun emplacement.
