On my trip to Aichi, I visited Togu Inari Shrine, located in Midori Ward, Nagoya City. Togu Inari Shrine is located next to Narumi Shrine. The many red torii gates lined up in a row are very impressive. There are some steps, but the torii gates are basically lined up on flat ground, so it's easy to walk. The name Togu is said to come from the fact that it is located east of Atsuta Shrine. Emperor Yamato Takeru is enshrined here.
A poem written in July 1688 (5th year of the Jokyo era). It is prefaced with "Narumi View." It's worth a look!
