I was looking for a delicious motsunabe restaurant in my hometown of Nagoya and found this motsunabe specialty restaurant [Sada Kuni]

A very popular restaurant, reservations are a must♥

Motsunabe with lots of sesame seeds.

They have white miso and soy sauce flavors!
For those who like it rich, there's white miso.
For those who like it light, there's soy sauce. Apparently😋

I like soy sauce-based motsunabe, so
I chose the soy sauce-based motsunabe✨

It's full of plump offal, and the broth comes out of the offal and vegetables, so it's so delicious that you'll want to drink up the broth.

It was light but not too light
The moderate fat of the offal goes perfectly with the soy sauce-based broth♥

The other dishes on the menu, such as fried offal and raw omasum, were also excellent✨

The soy sauce-based motsunabe was also very delicious and I was very satisfied, but it seems that the white miso motsunabe is famous here, so next time I would like to try that as well♥

..But the soy sauce was really good, so I'm not sure which one to go to again🤭
