[Onuma Quasi-National Park‼️]

Onuma Quasi-National Park is one of the places where you can easily enjoy the beauty of nature. It is a 30-minute drive from Hakodate city, and by public transport, it is 30 minutes by Hokuto Express from Hakodate Station, and 10 minutes by express from Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto Station, the terminus of the Hokkaido Shinkansen.

It is a wonderful place, but there are not many tourists. Just walking along the lakeside or cycling on a rental bicycle will give you a sense of the grandeur of nature and make you feel very relaxed. It has been developed as a tourist destination to some extent, so you will not have any trouble finding food.

The view of Mt. Komagatake from here is very beautiful. The contrast with the cornfields, typical of Hokkaido, is particularly beautiful.

You can also take the #OnumaYusen, which tours Lake Onuma. It costs 1,120 yen for 30 minutes, but it is very enjoyable.
