Military History Park

#September2025

🏯 Jiji Military History Park, located in Jiji Township, Nantou County, is Taiwan's first park dedicated to displaying retired military weapons. Spanning approximately 2,300 pings (approximately 4,000 square feet), the park was established to boost tourism after the 921 earthquake.

The park showcases a variety of retired military equipment, including F-104G Starfighters, C-119 transport aircraft (commonly known as "Old Hens"), M48 tanks, Victory Goddess missiles, LVT amphibious landing craft, and various artillery pieces. These weapons not only bear witness to the history of the Nationalist Army, but also make the park a unique destination that combines national defense education with leisure and tourism, making it a popular photo spot for military enthusiasts.

Recent renovations have added family-friendly facilities, making it a unique park suitable for visitors of all ages.
