After finishing up some errands in Nantou on Father's Day, August 8th, I headed to Yokohama Ramen in Puli, a Japanese-inspired restaurant adorned with container houses and lanterns. 😘😘🎉🎉

Yokohama Ramen, with over 2,000 Google reviews and a 4.5-star rating, is a popular ramen spot in Puli. 😃 We arrived at noon on Monday, August 8th, and the thoughtful outdoor waiting area was packed with people waiting for our delicious treat. 😋😋❤❤

Prices are affordable, ranging from NT$130 to NT$280, with free drinks and free refills on the first order (just mention it when ordering! 🥳🥳)

💓 Puli Bamboo Shoot Ramen
The rich white broth, simmered for over 10 hours with pork and chicken bones and vegetables, is fragrant and nutritious. I absolutely love their char siu 🤩—not greasy but fragrant. Paired with Puli's local bamboo shoots, it's a unique specialty and a must-try! 😊

💓 Nagoya Taiwan Ramen
I came here today just for this limited-edition ramen that's making a comeback! 😎 Limited to 26 bowls per day. It's mildly spicy, with perfectly firm noodles and a smooth, not overly salty broth. It's especially appetizing in the summer. As a spicy food lover, it's my favorite spicy ramen I've ever had. It's outstanding! I love it! 🥳🥳❤❤

💓 Egg Tofu: Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside

💓 Golden Kimchi: A special house special, slightly spicy and refreshing.

💓 Karaage Fried Chicken The crust is crispy, and the juicy texture is delicious without being overly salty. 😊

Overall, Puli Yokohama Ramen is affordable and delicious. 😘 They have ample free parking, and are close to many of Puli's famous attractions. 😃 I highly recommend trying their popular ramen when you're in Nantou. 🥳🥳🍻🍻
