🦌Nara Park (ならこうえん) is located at the foot of Mt. Wakakusa in Nara City. It opened in 1880 and has a total area of 502 hectares.
🦌The park environment is very good, and there are very friendly sacred deer that interact with people. There is a stall selling deer biscuits at the entrance. They are 200 yen each and you can buy some to feed the deer. However, when feeding, do not scream or make too big body movements to scare the sacred deer. Some more sensitive sacred deer may become aggressive because of this, so please pay attention to safety.
