Review of a One-Day Trip to Narita Before Returning to Thailand

Narita: A Peaceful City Full of Hidden Japanese Charm

Many people may know Narita only as the city with Tokyo's major international airport. However, if you have half a day or a full day to spare, I highly recommend taking a stroll through Narita city. You'll fall in love with its simple yet authentic Japanese charm.

📍 Quiet Residential Area
The houses lining both sides of the streets are orderly, clean, and peaceful, reminiscent of scenes from Japanese movies. Walking past blooming hydrangea gardens along the way adds a sense of true relaxation.

🌸 Omotesando Street & Naritasan Shinshoji Temple
The main attractions of this city include Omotesando Street, a pedestrian area filled with local shops, charming cafes, and traditional grilled eel restaurants. The walk leads to Naritasan Shinshoji Temple, a large, ancient, and highly revered temple in the region.
