【New Taipei】Fu Jen Catholic University Food-Liu Family Cold Noodles

I stopped by while looking for smoked chicken. I came here after seeing a recommendation for smoked chicken. I originally wanted to eat at Mos, but breakfast hours were over, so I looked for something I hadn't tried nearby (✪ω✪)

#Liu's Cold Noodles was originally located at the Baoan Morning Market in Shulin. My parents would rush from Fu Jen Catholic University to Shulin to sell cold noodles in the mornings. I chatted with the owner and felt how hard it must have been for them. So I came back to take over the cold noodle stall and used my talents to redesign the packaging and logo, giving it a youthful look. Coming here isn't just about eating cold noodles, it's about hearing stories. It's more than just eating cold noodles; it's about love. Watching the waitress greet each customer attentively, I thought she was so attentive and adorable ♡ I wish her business continued success.

As I was squatting at the cold noodle stall taking a photo, the waitress asked if I wanted the lights on. I was stunned for a moment. Thank you for the warmth you brought me.

I think this is how relationships are. There's no one active or passive in the interactions. It's all driven by a drive from the heart, moving us forward in the direction we believe is right. Every moment, every minute, every encounter is precious. We meet, meet, and part in the torrent of life. I've strayed off topic again.

🔎What to eat? A small satisfaction is 45 yuan. The noodle portion is fixed. The main difference is the toppings! A small satisfaction comes with ham, shredded chicken, and shredded cucumber.

You can then choose between the signature garlic sauce (mildly spicy) or the rich sesame sauce (non-spicy). Both are based on sesame sauce.

I feel like one plate is incredibly satisfying. 🤭 The signature garlic sauce isn't too spicy, just a slight kick. It's a delicious treat. ╰(*´︶`*)╯ It's a great place I'll definitely return to. 💕
