New Taipei Food_Aying Grass Cake

I have been to Shiding Old Street many times but this is the first time I noticed this one. They sell traditional grass cakes. You need to make an appointment by phone on weekdays. On holidays, they will set up a large rattan basket with circles of grass cakes. The boss said that the banana leaves below are picked by himself on the mountain and then cut into round shapes by hand 😂 So enthusiastic. However, this may be an activity to kill time. Their grass cakes are very chewy and not hard. There are also quite a lot of fillings, and the more you chew, the more delicious it is. If you come to Shiding Old Street, you can come to Shiding West Street to buy your favorite flavor!
