Nanzhuang Old Street Delicious Food | Mother-in-law Dried Tofu and Stinky Tofu and Pig Blood Soup

Mother-in-law Tofu is a famous snack in Nanzhuang Old Street. There are two stores. One is in Guihua Lane, which is a house building; the other is an old store, a small stall in front of Yongchang Temple, and there are seats to eat. Their tofu is dry and flat, not the usual thick one. Because I don’t like to eat this kind of tofu for personal reasons (you can still try it❣️), so I ordered their stinky tofu and pig blood soup🤗. The pig blood soup has a lot of ingredients such as large intestine, pig blood, leeks, and pickled mustard tuber❣️. The pig blood is very tender and delicious. It should be very fresh pig blood; the stinky tofu is fried crispy and delicious with special sauce, but I personally think the kimchi is too sour😂
