The National Film and Audiovisual Culture Center is located in Xinzhuang, New Taipei City. The exterior of the building has a sense of design, and the interior is clean, bright and elegant. The theater occasionally holds filmmaker lectures and screens classic movies.

Small film exhibitions are held from time to time in the public space on the first floor, while there are permanent exhibitions on the second floor. Admission to the exhibitions is free. There is also a shop on the first floor that sells movie-related items and books, where movie fans can come and hunt for treasures.
