✨Taiwan's Hongmaoqing with its charming red bricks✨

The Hong Mao Cheng, a place I stopped by during my trip to Tamsui, was much more charming than I'd expected. The red brick building I first encountered upon entering was truly impressive. The bricks sparkled in the sunlight, a truly beautiful sight, and I spent a long time admiring it. It had a much warmer and more antique feel than I'd imagined from photos. 📸

Entering the building, I was able to see the former British Consulate General. Seeing the antique furniture and exhibits made me feel like I was stepping back in time. The information was well-written throughout, so I felt like I was walking through a story, not just viewing an "old building."

The best part was the view of Tamsui's ocean from the hilltop. 🌊 The red of the building and the blue of the sea blended beautifully together, and I can see why so many people take photos here.

Being able to enjoy both historical significance and the emotional scenery, I'd definitely consider this one of the highlights of my trip to Tamsui.
