On a trip to NEW YORK in the winter of 2019, I visited Radio City Music Hall and Madison Square Garden, and even though it was daytime, I strolled around Broadway.
As expected, the design of the buildings was wonderful, the Christmas decorations were very beautiful, and the cityscape was sophisticated and very beautiful.
On this day, I went shopping, went back to the hotel to put my luggage down, went out again at night, and finally looked around the night view of NEW YORK.
On the way, I discovered Juniors, which is famous for its New York Cheesecake, and wondered what to do, but I didn't go in because I could eat it in Japan too.
I regretted a little that I should have eaten it after all.
I didn't have much time to go to see Top of the Rock at Rockefeller Center, so I gave up and thought I'd come to eat cheesecake at Junior's the next day, but I couldn't go after all.
I thought that when you're traveling, you should look at it and go in if you're worried about it, so that you don't regret it later.
However, it took longer than expected to buy the ticket to Top of the Rock, and the wait time to enter was also long.
I always travel alone, so I don't use tours much, but if you do buy tickets, it might be better to sign up for a tour.
In the evening, I walked around Times Square and Broadway on my way back to the hotel.
The next day, I was going to Washington, so I signed up for a Washington sightseeing tour because it was a long trip, and we were to meet at the hotel at 6am, so I went to bed early.
I heard from the front desk that it was very cold, so I put on an extra layer of clothing before leaving.
