Embrace nature on Penang Hill

🎢 Travel & Tram
• The Funicular Railway takes only 5–10 minutes from the lower station to the highest point (833m). 
• The round-trip tram ticket costs around 30MYR (~240 baht). 
• It is recommended to go early in the morning. If you choose to come in the evening, you will get to see a beautiful sea of ​​fog or sunset. 
• Avoid crowds: Go early in the morning, avoid weekends.
• Hiking: There is a free (but tiring) walking trail from the Penang Botanical Gardens.

⏱️ Travel time

It takes about half a day to a full day.
• Just enjoy the view and take pictures for 1–2 hours.
• If you add a nature walk at The Habitat, visit the gardens and the museum, it will take about 3–4 hours.
