One evening in Naha, Okinawa, we visited a hot pot restaurant called "Miyama." The elegant interior, with its warm, wooden decor, created a cozy atmosphere.

We ordered the signature pork and beef platter. The slices were delicately textured and tender and juicy after a few gentle dips. The sweet broth perfectly complemented the richness of the meat. There's also a buffet area offering a variety of fresh vegetables, mushrooms, and toppings. Even more surprising, there were soft serve ice cream and exquisite Japanese desserts, which rounded out the hearty hot pot meal.

The thoughtful cuisine and cozy atmosphere here are heartwarming and satisfying memories of our trip.
