OKINAWA SOBA EIBUN, a must-visit restaurant in Okinawa

OKINAWA SOBA EIBUN (Okinawa Soba Eibun) is a small shophouse on the corner of a building, located in an alley in Tsuboya, Naha City, Okinawa Prefecture. When I went there, it was around 11:00. The shop just opened. There were not many people. There was almost ten people waiting in line. SOBA EIBUN is known as another legendary shop for soba lovers. From what I've read about the shop's history, it was opened because of its passion and its 100% dream of making soba delicious. It even went as far as trying hundreds of bowls of soba to find the differences and deliciousness to fulfill its dream of opening this shop. It was amazing!

The menu I ordered was, of course, BUN BUN SOBA and pork rice bowl. The soup was similar to pork bone soup mixed with seaweed. The pork was very soft and the noodles were chewy and delicious.

The shop front is a separate color. The shop does not have a parking area, but there is a parking lot opposite the shop and a parking service in the alley. Starting at around 300 Yen
