Directly connected to Namba Station on the Midosuji subway line. A hotel with the concept of "connecting time" that inherits the design of the "Shin Kabukiza". Opened in December 2019 on the site of the former Shin Kabukiza, it is the first hotel and museum in Kansai with over 100 pieces of art.
　　
From 2023.09.01 to 2024.03.31, a collaboration room with the lifestyle cosmetics brand "L'OCCITANE" from Provence in southern France is available for one room per day only.
　　
The windows are filled with dried lavender and immortelle flowers, decorated by a professional flower designer, and you can enjoy the world of L'Occitane from the room's furnishings to the decorations.
　　
Welcome sweets and a special L'Occitane gift are placed on the dining table. A luxurious set of "Elba Vert" body and hair care products worth over 10,000 yen is prepared as a collaboration room exclusive gift, one set per person, which you can take home as a souvenir.
　　
The suite room is also equipped with Dyson's popular hair care products, a multi-styler and a hair iron, so you can experience salon-finished, shiny hair.
　　
The bathroom has a large bathtub and shower booth where you can enjoy the view. The amenities are of course L'Occitane. Soft-to-the-touch bathrobes are provided, so you can spend a luxurious time. There are two toilets in the room, and L'Occitane hand soap is provided.
　　
The minibar in the refrigerator is free, so you can enjoy a variety of drinks. The color of the teacups also gives you a L'Occitane feel, and they have the logo on them.
There are two double-sized beds, and the bedspreads and pillowcases are in L'Occitane colors.

Wi-Fi is available, and there is a Family Mart on the first floor of the hotel, and it is directly connected to Namba Station on the Midosuji subway line, making it an excellent location. There is a cafe and restaurant on the second floor, a breakfast restaurant exclusively for guests on the 11th floor, and a bar lounge on the top floor where you can enjoy the night view of Namba, so you can spend an elegant day in the hotel as a holiday.

From September 1st to November 30th, 2023, an afternoon tea in collaboration with L'OCCITANE will be held in the cafe lounge on the second floor.
