🏮The biggest annual light festival in Osaka called Festival of the Light in OSAKA 2023, with 90 days of lights, starting from November 3, 2023 - January 31, 2024.

🏮You can see the light display along Mido-suji Illumination Street from Hanshin-mae Intersection to Namba-Nishiguchi Intersection, a distance of over 4 kilometers, from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

🏮On this trip, we traveled by train and got off at Shinsaibashi Station around 4 p.m. and walked around to find something to eat before the light show started. The day we went, the temperature was around 6-8 degrees Celsius and it was windy. Friends who are coming, please prepare to wear thick clothes.

🏮 At 5 pm, the lights on the trees along the road started to turn on. The atmosphere was very romantic. There were people playing music along the way. There were long lines at every restaurant, probably because it was a Saturday-Sunday. We walked and took pictures along the road, but we definitely couldn't walk 4 kilometers. After taking pictures until we were satisfied, we went to eat at a standing ramen restaurant because we were too lazy to wait in long lines at other restaurants. This was the easiest place to eat. After eating, we took the train back as usual.

🏮 How to get to see the lights:
– Take the Midosuji red subway line starting from in front of Yodoyabashi Station.
– Walk until you reach the Osaka City Hall and Nakanoshima Rose Garden.
– Walk along the promenade along the Tosabori Canal, going north near the Rihga Royal Hotel.
