The cafe at "OMO7 Osaka by Hoshino Resorts," which opened in April 2022, is available to non-guests (only guests are allowed to bring pets). After ordering at the cafe counter behind the front desk, you can pick up your order and use the seat of your choice. You can choose between indoor and outdoor seating. It was a nice day, so I used the outdoor seating, and enjoyed the extraordinary atmosphere to the point that I didn't even notice Shin-Imamiya Station on the JR Loop Line right in front of me.
The prices were also reasonable, the same as regular cafes. You can enjoy authentic Osaka, such as takoyaki-style sweets inspired by Osaka specialties and Osaka specialty mixed juice.
