Sennichimae, Osaka. Immerse yourself in the nostalgic atmosphere at the coffee shop "Nel."

Located on the first basement floor of Namba Walk in Sennichimae, Osaka, Nel is a coffee shop where you can immerse yourself in a nostalgic atmosphere.

Even today, retro price signs read "Atsugiri Toast 50 yen" and "Coffee and Tea 350 yen" in front of the store.

The interior of the store is made up of simple amber-colored tables, chairs, and walls.

The store's former name was Bonnard, and it is a long-established coffee shop that was founded in 1970.

In a clipping of a newspaper article featuring the shop, I could see the words "A coffee shop in the underground mall where time has stopped."

What I ordered this time was "Iced Cafe au Lait" 350 yen and "Toast (butter)" 50 yen. The toast is cut into three pieces for easy eating.

Maybe...

"Maybe this is a place where my parents and grandparents enjoyed coffee on trips"

It's a retro Osaka coffee shop that gives you the pleasure of traveling beyond generations☺️
