There are 0 to 3 spiciness and MAX.

For me, 3 spiciness is just the right level.

If you don't like spicy food, try 0 or 1☺️

Soup with sea bream danmen is a fusion of French and Japanese.
It's full of ingredients and looks very gorgeous.

When you loosen the spicy meat miso in the soup packed with the flavor of sea bream, it gets entangled with the noodles, and the spiciness and deliciousness hit you all at once😋

The soft bamboo shoots are quite large and have a great bite.
It's full of volume, with rare char siu, steamed chicken, and mizuna!

The soup was delicious and I drank it all up😊

The sea bream rice is truly exquisite!

It smells good even before you eat it, and it's rare to find sea bream rice that has such a strong sea bream flavor✨️

First, eat it as is and the sea bream flavor is outstanding!

Then pour the sea bream danmen soup over it to make it like risotto.

I scooped up some rice and dipped it in the soup💕

Finally, pour sea bream broth over it and it became sea bream chazuke.
It instantly had a Japanese feel and was my favorite✨️
I could eat as many bowls as I wanted💗
