[Osaka/Tenmabashi] A French restaurant with a concept of dishes using herbs, spices, and fruits

It is written as Le Logis h and pronounced as Le Logis h.

At Le Logis h, you can enjoy original French cuisine using seasonal fruits, spices, and herbs.

They use about 15 types of spices and are particular about changing the combination for each dish✨️

I can't help but look forward to the course even before it starts☺️

Aperitif
✔︎︎︎︎Herbal tea
First, enjoy herbal tea to relax before starting this wonderful course💓
When you add lime, the color changes, which is a wonderful effect!

✔︎︎︎︎Amuse-bouche
Consommé jelly, deep-fried sakura shrimp, turban shell corn dog
The turban shell corn dog is a dish that can be enjoyed just by looking at it, with the turban shell as a plate.
The fluffy dough was filled with crunchy turban shells!

Appetizer
✔︎︎︎︎Sweet shrimp and tomato cocktail
Sweet shrimp marinated in lime with olive oil ice cream, tomato consommé jelly and herb oil.
The herb oil on top was sparkling and just looking at it was mesmerizing 💕
The sourness of the shrimp and tomato went perfectly together!

Fish dish
✔︎︎︎︎Fried young sweetfish
On top was a tuile of Amazonian cacao, which was served with couscous of cucumber and dill!
You can enjoy the texture of the couscous and the wonderful aroma of Amazonian cacao.

✔︎︎︎︎Flounder
I was surprised at how soft and delicious the flounder was! The dukkah sauce goes perfectly with hazelnuts and cumin.
The garnishes are marinated water eggplant, grilled eggplant espuma, and caviar aubergine, perfect for summer.
This was my favorite dish out of all the courses. 💕

Meat dish ✔︎︎︎︎Fukuoka Prefecture GENZO Pork Loin
You can choose your favorite meat, but this time I chose this one!
The meat is very chewy, yet soft and juicy, and it's delicious.
Enjoy with three types of sauce. 💓

Dessert ✔︎︎︎︎Pineapple and coconut milk, lemon and lime espuma
A dessert of kiwi and pineapple jelly with rosemary on the bottom.
It's so fluffy and melts in your mouth☺️

✔︎︎︎︎Melon Cream Soda
It's filled with melon comfort and melon mojito jelly, topped with vanilla ice cream✨️
It was a delicious adult dessert with a fizzy, chunky melon and mint💓

✔︎︎︎︎Small sweets
The lemon muffin, matcha madeleine, and brown sugar and whiskey canelé sitting on top of the cacao nibs are so cute💕
It's also nice that they serve it with the lid open✨️

I was very satisfied with the course from start to finish.
This time I went alone, but it was such a great shop that I wanted to bring someone! I thought💗
I want to share the deliciousness!!

✍️ There are only 8 seats at the counter inside the shop.
Reservations are required, so be sure to make a reservation!
They explain each dish very carefully, so it's even more fun to eat them✨️

The menu changes almost every three months, so it's great that you can experience different flavors the next time you visit.
