Review of traveling in Osaka, Japan:
The city of fun, delicious food, and unforgettable impressions 💙🍡🎌
Hello everyone~ Today Boom will share our fresh and hot experience of traveling in Osaka in a cute way. I must say this trip was super enjoyable. I’ll take you to eat delicious food, visit cool spots, and chill in the city called “Osaka.”
⸻
Day 1: We’ve arrived in Osaka! Dotonbori is the place my heart says we must visit ❤️
We flew into Kansai Airport, feeling very excited because this is our first time in Japan, and Osaka is the main destination!
From the airport, we chose to take the JR train into the city because it’s very convenient and fast. It took about 40 minutes to reach Namba Station, which is close to the Dotonbori area.
When we got off the train… wow! The neon lights from the advertisements in Dotonbori were so beautiful and vibrant, like stepping into an anime world.
Then we got to try “Takoyaki,” Osaka’s famous food. The round balls are chewy and soft with small pieces of octopus inside, topped with sweet sauce, mayonnaise, and dried fish flakes. It was amazing—after the first bite, I had to say wow! Next was “Okonomiyaki,” a Japanese pancake mixed with vegetables and meat, rich in flavor and fragrant with spices. We even got to see the vendor’s cooking show right in front of the shop, which was very exciting.
We strolled around taking photos at many cute shops filled with colorful Japanese sweets. This place is a paradise for food lovers and photography fans.

Day 2: Adventure at Universal Studios Japan, so much fun we lost track of time 🎢🎉
On the second day, we woke up very early because we were excited to go to Universal Studios Japan (USJ), a fun place for all ages.
Before entering, we bought tickets online in advance to avoid long queues. I must say it was totally worth it!
The most impressive part was the Harry Potter World zone, which felt so real—the Hogwarts castle, the shops, and the Butterbeer drink that’s sweet and fragrant, making you feel like you’re flying on a broomstick.
There was also the Super Nintendo World zone, full of colorful Mario game themes and thrilling rides that made us feel like we were inside the game.
We played until exhausted but still had nonstop fun, plus we got to take photos with characters in fancy costumes. It was a very delightful day.
⸻
Day 3: Chill day with Osaka Castle and Nagasaki-cho district 🍃🏯
On the third day, we chose to visit Osaka Castle, an ancient and beautiful castle that is a symbol of the city.
The surroundings are full of trees. If you come in spring, you’ll see cherry blossoms blooming everywhere—super romantic. We went up to the castle’s top to see a 360-degree view of Osaka city, so beautiful that I wanted to keep this image in my heart forever.
After that, we traveled to Nagasaki-cho, a small district full of cute coffee shops and traditional Japanese cafes. We sat sipping hot green tea with soft mochi cake, feeling very chill and extremely happy.
⸻
Day 4: Shopping at Shinsaibashi and then enjoying the view at Umeda Sky Building 🛍️🌇
Today we went shopping on Shinsaibashi Street, a pedestrian street full of trendy shops and lots of cute items!
We bought adorable souvenirs, including Japanese sweets and stylish stationery, to bring back to friends in Thailand.
Before heading back to our accommodation, we stopped by Umeda Sky Building, a very tall observation point where we saw the Osaka city view at sunset. The scene was so beautiful it melted my heart.
