
Cha Ting Park is located between Guangda Road and Bayi Qi Middle Road in Taijiang District, Fuzhou. The north gate of the park leads to Qunzhong Road, and the east gate reaches Guangda Middle Road. There are three ancient banyan trees in the park, which provide shade for several acres. There are also a stage, a concert hall, a chess and card hall, a reading room and a tea room.
Two bridges span the lake : a stone arch bridge named Zuiyue Bridge and a reinforced concrete bridge with a wood-like structure . A stone terrace covering over 100 square meters has been constructed on the north bank, with flower beds filled with blooming flowers and benches scattered throughout. The park also features over 1,000 trees with southern characteristics and over 4,600 square meters of lawns.
Over ten stone tables and benches carved from Nan'an bluestone are elegant and unique. The newly built flower garden features rare and beautiful southern flowers. Yileyuan's main building, a wooden two-story hall, has been split into exhibition halls for calligraphy, painting, root carving, and photography. A large rockery, carved from axe-cut stone, stands in the center of the courtyard, creating a majestic yet natural appearance.
