Osaka

Osaka… this city is just too adorable! 💖🍙

Hello~ After packing and lying in bed thinking about my Japan trip over and over for several days, I just had to come and share a lovely, cute review of Osaka with you all, like we’re traveling together! 🐰🌸

📍Day 1: Arrived in Japan! So hungry, let’s eat! 🍜

As soon as the plane landed at Kansai Airport (KIX), we rushed to catch the train into the city. So excited! The weather was perfectly cool with a gentle breeze, and my face felt a bit sticky from the long flight, haha.

We stayed near Namba, super convenient for traveling, close to shopping, eating, and sightseeing! For the first night, we kicked off with the famous ramen shop “Ichiran” 🍥 The noodles were chewy and soft, the broth so fragrant, slurping it made me tear up, oh~ pure bliss!

After filling up, we strolled over to Dotonbori to see the famous Glico sign! It was very crowded but so much fun. The night lights were stunning, wow~ I took photos over and over again!

📍Day 2: Reliving childhood at Universal Studios Japan 🎢🌈

Today was the day I’d been waiting for! We woke up early and headed straight to USJ (tickets were booked in advance because it gets super crowded if you buy at the gate!).

The Super Nintendo World zone was amazing!! Walking in felt like stepping right into the Mario game 🍄💥 There were hats, jumping blocks, and sound effects that kept me excited the whole time.

My favorite was riding the Mario Kart ride with super advanced AR inside!! 🎮 When we got tired, we moved on to Harry Potter World 🪄 Walking into Hogwarts Castle gave me chills~ We even got to try Butterbeer, sweet and fragrant like caramel mixed with milk, so smooth and delicious.

📍Day 3: A day of temples, views, and delicious treats 🍵🍡

Today we switched to a more chill vibe, calming our minds at Shitennoji Temple, an ancient Buddhist temple that’s peaceful, beautiful, and very shady~ We strolled slowly and there was a small Japanese garden perfect for photos.

Then we went to Umeda Sky Building to see the Osaka city view from the top floor! The 360-degree panoramic view was like, whoa~ so beautiful. There’s a sky zone to walk around and take photos with the fluffy blue sky ☁️💙

In the evening, we went shopping at Shinsaibashi, walking for a long time~ There were clothing stores, Japanese brands, and lots of cute cafes. We stopped to eat mochi filled with fresh strawberries and cold matcha, so delicious I wanted to bring a whole box back to Thailand 🍓🍵

📍Day 4: Last day to capture the memories 💼🇯🇵

Today was the day to go home, sob~ but we still had some time, so we stopped by Osaka Castle. It’s a must-visit landmark. Walking around the garden felt so peaceful, like time had stopped 🍁🏯

Inside the castle, there was an exhibition about Japanese history, and we got to see real samurai armor, so cool! After that, we took the train back to pick up our bags and headed straight to the airport.

🍥Must-try foods in Osaka
•Takoyaki (soft batter with lots of octopus) 🐙
•Kushikatsu (deep-fried skewers dipped in sauce to your heart’s content) 🍢
•Okonomiyaki (Japanese-style pizza!) 🥬
•Grilled beef rice bowl + onsen egg at a small roadside shop, so delicious it brought tears to my eyes 🥹

💖Feelings after coming back
Osaka isn’t just an ordinary tourist city; it’s warm and full of positive energy. Whether it’s the smiles of the Japanese people, the lovely service, or the atmosphere everywhere we went, it made me feel like “I want to come back again!” 🥹🎒

Plus, this trip felt like a great mental break, like I stopped time, spent quality time with myself, and saw the world in the brightest, cutest way 🌷🌍

If any of you are hesitating about going to Osaka…
I say go! You’ll definitely fall in love just like I did! 💌✨

P.S. Charge your camera batteries well because you’ll be taking so many photos your memory card will fill up for sure 📸💕
