🏨 Onyado Nono in Namba, Osaka | A quiet hot spring hotel experience amidst the bustling city

🏨 Onyado Nono Osaka Namba | A Quiet Onsen Hotel Experience in the Bustling City

This time, we stayed at Onyado Nono Osaka Namba, located in downtown Osaka.
The location is truly impeccable:
🚇 2-minute walk to Nippombashi Subway Station
🍜 5-minute walk to Kuromon Market, Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, Daimaru, and Takashimaya
Surrounded by restaurants, it's super convenient for everyday needs, yet still offers peace and quiet amidst the bustle.

🛏 Room

The room isn't large, but that's standard in Japan, but it's large enough to accommodate a large suitcase. The window also keeps the room comfortable, so it doesn't feel cramped. (A netizen shared: If you stay longer, daily cleaning is not included. Only towels are replenished and trash is collected. Changing bed sheets is an additional fee. However, since we only stayed one night, it didn't affect us.)

♨ Hot Spring Experience

The hotel's hot springs are a highlight:
• Opening hours: 3:00 PM on check-in day to 10:00 AM the following morning
• Separate baths for men and women, one large and one small
• Amenities are fully stocked, but towels are not provided. You need to bring your own small basket (which contains towels) from the room.
• After soaking in the hot springs, you can enjoy a free popsicle (in the evening) or Yakult (in the morning). What a thoughtful touch!

💡 Tips:
• After checking in, please change into the hotel's yukata and yukata pants.
• Shoes must be locked in the shoe locker at the main entrance. Only socks or disposable slippers are allowed inside the hotel.
• The atmosphere is quiet and perfect for relaxation.

🍜 Food Surprises
• 9:30 PM–11:00 PM: Free Yamei Ramen 🍜
• Morning: Free Yakult 🥤
• Popsicles are available at the hot spring exit, a delight for both adults and children 🍦

👨👩👧 Family-Friendly

The hotel provides children's yukata, but these must be requested from the front desk; they are not provided in your room.

✨ Overall Review

Onyado Nono in Osaka Namba is perfect for those who want to be within walking distance of downtown Osaka for shopping and dining, but still want to relax at the hotel.

The rooms may not be large, but the location, hot springs, Yamei Ramen, and attentive service more than make up for it. For JennyYu, it's a perfect choice for a quiet yet meticulously detailed experience amidst the bustling city!
