Transportation Tips: How to Get to the Expo Site?
By Train
• Transfer from Nankai Electric Railway's Namba Station to the Osaka Metro Chuo Line, directly to Yumeshima Station - approximately 70 minutes, ¥1,100
• Early January 2025: Yumeshima Station officially opens as the designated entrance to the Expo
Interchange & Parking
• Direct access by private car is not permitted. You need to park at the Park & Ride parking lot in Maishima, Amagasaki, or Sakai and take the shuttle bus to enter. Injured persons can reserve a special parking lot near the East Gate.
Octopus/E-Wallet
• Cashless payment is strictly prohibited throughout the exhibition area. Only electronic payments are accepted: transportation IC cards (such as Suica), Edy, WAON, and Nanaco.
Programs
Book in advance for popular exhibition halls such as the Japan Pavilion and Gundam Hall.
You will need to book online or draw a lottery, so we recommend preparing this before the exhibition begins.
Have your tickets ready.
The internet connection may be unstable, so it is recommended to take a screenshot and save your QR ticket in advance to avoid poor signal conditions.
Download Apps
Install apps such as "Expo 2025 Visitors," "Personal Agent," and "Kansai MaaS" for convenient information, reservations, and directions.
Small Items to Bring
Bring a water bottle for refilling at the water filling station, an umbrella for shade, and sunscreen. The sun can be strong in the exhibition area after noon.
Luggage Restrictions
Large luggage and trolley cases are not allowed. Storage space is limited on site, so we recommend leaving them at your hotel or station.

Must-See Pavilions and Facilities Recommendations
• Grand Ring: A 2-kilometer wooden ring designed by Sou Fujimoto, it serves as the centerpiece of the exhibition.  
• Themed exhibition areas include: Saving Lives, Empowering Lives, and Connecting Lives.  
• Exhibition highlights include: the Space and Medical Technology Pavilion, the US Military Pavilion, the Ukrainian Pavilion, the Gundam Experience, the longest sushi conveyor belt, and the artificial heart.

Suggested One-Day Itinerary
• Morning → Arrive at Yumeshima Station and visit the Japan Pavilion or Gundam Pavilion first (reservations required).
• Noon → Explore the other participating national pavilions and the wooden Grand Ring.
• Afternoon → Explore the exhibition route by time slot to reduce waiting time.
• Evening and Night → Enjoy the nighttime illuminations and activities at surrounding pavilions.
