Baan Santichon is located only 4 kilometers from Pai city center, a 5-minute drive away. Baan Santichon is a Yunnanese-Chinese cultural center for the hill tribes who immigrated to Thailand. It has now developed into a tourist village similar to Rak Thai Village.
You'll see rows of earthen houses nestled in the valley, all in the Yunnanese style. At the entrance, a colorful dragon is draped over pillars perched on a dark rocky hill. Inside, the beautiful earthen houses offer a stunning contrast against the sky and valley.

Along these earthen houses are shops selling a variety of goods, from food to accessories and amulets. There are also numerous teahouses, renowned for their teas and Chinese herbs, as well as hill tribe clothing.
