Located in Paoay, Ilocos Norte, Malacañang of the North is a grand presidential museum overlooking the serene Paoay Lake. Once the official residence of the Marcos family in the North, the mansion now showcases vintage furniture, family memorabilia, and glimpses of political history in its spacious halls.

Entrance fee is around ₱50 per person, with minimal parking or tricycle fare if you're coming from nearby attractions. A total budget of ₱100–₱150 is enough for the visit.

Best to come in the morning to avoid the heat and enjoy the peaceful lakeside view. Wear comfy shoes, as there’s a bit of walking, and take your time exploring each room each one tells a story of a bygone era.
